JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-06-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State via video conferencing. The petitioner has filed the present application for grant of pre-arrest bail in connection with Raghunathpur P.S. Case No. 145 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 354(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the gravity of the offence and the allegation that the petitioner and others being variously armed brutally assaulted the husband of the informant, as a result of which, he died on the spot, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail.
