The present application has been filed for restoration of M.A. No. 1008 of 2016 which was dismissed for default for non-compliance of the order dated 29.6.2017.
In paragraph no.6 of this restoration application, it has been stated that the appellant has removed the defect nos. 3, 5 & 6 and he has given an undertaking to remove the defect nos. 1, 2 & 4 at the time of hearing of the M.J.C. application. Accordingly, the counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the aforesaid defects within a period of one week
Patna High Court MJC No.1015 of 2018(3) dt.17-10-2019 2/2 after Diwali holidays.
