JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 26-07-2022 Learned counsel for the parties are present. They have jointly informed this Court that the parties have settled their dispute in mediation proceeding no. 1317/2019 whereunder the petitioner has agreed to pay a sum of Rs. 15,00,000/- in lump sum towards full and final settlement of all claims/maintenance of the opposite party. It is stated that out of Rs.15,00,000/- the petitioner has already paid Rs. 7,00,000/- and the rest of the amount is to be paid up to 19.09.2022.

This Court has perused the interim mediator's report dated 21.07.2022. It is evident from the said report that the petitioner has agreed to pay the remaining amount of Rs. 8,00,000/- up to 19.09.2022 in two months.

In the aforesaid view of the matter, this Court finds

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.369 of 2018(9) dt.26-07-2022 2/2 that the petitioner has agreed to settle the disputes amicably, hence, this application has lost it's significance. Subject to his compliance with the settlement reached in the said mediation proceeding, this revision application is rendered infructuous and is disposed of accordingly. In case of non-compliance with the aforesaid undertaking of the petitioner to pay the rest of the amount in two months, it will be open for the opposite party to enforce the order under revision.
