The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, petitioner happen to be father-in-law of the deceased and he has no concern with the alleged occurrence. Moreover, there is no specific allegation leveled against the petitioner. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 20.09.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73597 of 2019(25) dt.22-11-2019 2/2 case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.-1st, Class, Katihar in connection with Katihar Muffasil P.S. Case No. 50 of 2019.
