The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is non-consideration of his case for regular appointment.
Learned counsel for the respondents submits that vide Annexure-13, application was invited from the eligible candidates on 16.3.2018 and in view of the above, the petitioner
Patna High Court CWJC No.6504 of 2018(2) dt.10-04-2018 2/2 had opportunity of participating in the selection process but he has missed the bus as the last date of submission of the application, as per the advertisement dated 16.3.2018, was 26.03.2018.
Considering the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, the Court directs the respondents to entertain the applications to be filed by the petitioner and other similarly circumstanced teachers working in the Deaf and Dumb School as one time measure. If they file their applications within a fortnight from today allow them to participate in the selection as one time measure in view of the fact that they are trained persons and they have experience of teaching in the Deaf and Dumb and Blind Institutions.
