This application for cancellation of bail of the petitioner grnated vide order dated 06.09.2017 with the following direction :- "In such view of the mater, this application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to execute the sale deed in favour of the informant within a period of four months. In the meantime, petitioner will be released on provisional bail by the Court below to its own satisfaction for a period of four months and after execution of the sale deed, on being satisfied, provision bail granted to the petitioner shall be confirmed by the learned Court below. It is expected that once the sale deed is executed in favour of the informant, both the parties will not pursue the maters and try to settle the dispute outside the Court."

No.23438 of 2018 (4) dt.04-07-2018 2/2 Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that sale deed has not been executed, however, submission of learned counsel for the O.P. No.2 is that he has already executed the sale deed and on next date, produce the original of the same in the Court below which will be released in favour of the O.P.2.

With the aforesaid direction, this application is disposed of. As per direction of this Court earlier, the learned counsel for the petitioner shall move for settlement of the dispute, once the sale deed is being released in his favour and possession of that has been given to him.
