2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Didarganj P.S. Case No. 245 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section 309(4) of the BNS and under Section 66 of the I.T. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals are said to have looted a Pick-up Van loaded with Sensodyne brush, paste etc and have forced the victim to transfer Rs. 9,500/- through UPI and thereafter returned the vehicle.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 2.8.2025 and the alleged looted goods have been recovered from Tata Magic vehicle on 1.8.2025 from where the petitioner was found fleeing.

5. The name of the petitioner has also come in the self-inculpatory statement of one co-accused Niranjan Kumar.

6. Considering the gravity of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
