This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Imamganj P.S. Case No.130 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8, 20(B), 8(C), 25, 29 and 30 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

About 190 Kg. of Doda has been recovered from a vehicle.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery from the petitioner and he is in custody since 31.07.2024 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, this application is allowed. 6.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84794 of 2024(2) dt.08-01-2025 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, N.D.P.S. Act, Gaya, in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 130 of 2024. 7.

At the time of accepting the bail bonds, the court below shall verify the fact whether the petitioner has clean antecedent or not. If it is found that the petitioner has clean antecedent, the Court below shall accept his bail bonds and if it is found that he has antecedent then his bail bonds shall not be accepted.

This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his attendance in Kothi Police Station, District- Gaya, on first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
