JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 23-08-2022 In compliance of the earlier order of this Court dated 1.8.2022, the Respondent-State has filed a counter affidavit bringing on record the final order passed by the Circle Officer, Sandesh, Bhojpur at Ara under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956.

In such view of the matter, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the same. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

Accordingly, the present writ petition

Patna High Court CWJC No.6257 of 2018(4) dt.23-08-2022 2/2 stands disposed of, however, with a further direction that in case appropriate appeal is filed within a period of four weeks from today, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner till the disposal of the same.
