This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Jamhor P.S. Case No.91 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under sections 331(4), 305, 317(5), 3(5) of the B.N.S.

The petitioner is accused of committing theft in the house of the informant. He is in custody since 30.04.2025. 4.

Considering the nature of allegation as well as the period of custody of the petitioner, which is from 30.04.2025, this bail application is allowed. 5.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81991 of 2025(2) dt.22-12-2025 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad / concerned Court below, in connection with Jamhor P.S. Case No.91 of 2025.

This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his attendance at Daudnagar Police Station, District- Aurangabad on every Sunday of each month.
