The petitioner apprehend his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 353, 298(A), 120(B), 337, 435, 436, 427, 332, 333, 153-A and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the co-accused having more or less similar allegation has already been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 6376 of 2018, Annexure-2, and the case of this petitioner stands on similar footing. Hence, the petitioner
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83522 of 2019(2) dt.17-12-2019 2/2 may be granted the privilege of anticipatory bail. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioners in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad (Town) P.S. Case No. 100 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
