The petitioner has been in custody since 15.09.2017 in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 427 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/324/307/504 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 7 and 8 of the POCSO Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire case is false and fabricated and injuries purported to have been inflicted by the petitioner, have been found to be simple in nature.
Diary in the present case was called for which has since been received.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State after
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21371 of 2018 (3) dt.04-05-2018 2/2 perusal of the case diary submits that injuries have been found to be simple in nature and the allegations have not been supported by the co-villagers.
In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge-I, Banka-cum-Special Judge POCSO Act, in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 427 of 2017. (Anjana Mishra, J) Saif/- U T
