Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Katihar Nagar P.S. Case No.16/2019 for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated due to ulterior motive and village politics. Further submits that the name of the petitioner has surfaced on the confessional statement of coaccused Sanjeev Gami @ Gami Mukhiya.
