JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 05-02-2020 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 25.07.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 29662 of 2019, by which, the petitioner was directed to furnish fresh bail bonds on the ground that earlier petitioner was granted provisional bail and he has already furnished bail bonds. Which were accepted and he is on provisional bail.
Heard learned APP also.
Having heard both sides, considering the same, this application is allowed. The order dated 25.07.2019 is modified to the extent that last paragraph of the said order be read as
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81266 of 2019(2) dt.05-02-2020 2/2 follows:
"Considering the above, provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 10.05.2019 is confirmed in connection with Complaint Case No. 586-C of 2018 subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure."
The other parts of the order shall remain intact. Let this order be communicated to the court concerned at once.
