2. The petitioners, two in numbers, have filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to appoint the petitioners on the post of teachers on the basis of School Teacher Recruitment Examination, Advertisement No. 26/2023 held in the year 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners have not been able to point out as to appointment of which subject

Patna High Court CWJC No.555 of 2024 dt.02-09-2024 2/2 teacher, the petitioners had applied for under the Advertisement No. 26/2023.

4. Under the circumstances, no adjudication of the writ petition is possible unless the subjects under which the petitioners have applied for under Advertisement No. 26/2023 is specified in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for not having stated the material particulars for adjudication of the writ petition.

5. The petitioners shall, however, at liberty to file a fresh writ petition incorporating the material facts on the basis of which the petitioners' rights are sought to be founded, if so advised.
