2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case registered for the offence under Sections 307, 394 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, While committing the loot, the criminals shot at the victim and injured him. The petitioner was suspected in the crime.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. He is in custody since 13.02.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and has submitted that petitioner is accused in five more cases and materials have come during investigation to
