2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No. 200 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366A, 342 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is of kidnapping the victim. The victim has not supported the prosecution case. The petitioner is in jail since 29.08.2023.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7337 of 2024(3) dt.16-04-2024 2/2 the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No. 200 of 2023, subject to the condition that the petitioner will co-operate in the trial.
