The petitioner has moved the Court against the order dated 25.08.2015 passed in Miscellaneous (Maintenance) Case No. 71 of 2011, by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhagalpur by which he has been directed to pay ad interim maintenance of Rs. 3,000/- to the opposite party no. 2, who is his wife.

4. From the materials on record and the discussions in the impugned order, the Court does not find any occasion to
