====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE DR. ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 29-04-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the Bihar Staff Selection Commission.

2. The present writ petition has been filed for directing the Bihar Staff Selection Commission to send district wise recommendation in respect of remaining about 350 unreserved posts of Agriculture Co-ordinator to the Department of Agriculture forthwith.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he has filed representation annexed as Annexure-10 series, but no decision has been taken by the authorities concerned i.e. Secretary, Bihar Staff Selection Commission.

Learned counsel for the Bihar Staff Selection Commission submits that a direction may be given so that the Secretary, Bihar Staff Selection Commission may pass the order within a reasonable period of time. Counsel submits that vide order dated 04.03.2024, Secretary, Bihar Staff Selection Commission was directed to file the counter affidavit within two weeks and on the said date, Secretary was directed to appear through Virtual mode in co-ordination with his counsel. Counsel further submits that this writ petition may be disposed off and in that view of the matter, a direction for appearance of The Secretary through Virtual mode may be exonerated.

5. In the present facts and circumstances, this writ petition is hereby disposed off directing the Secretary, Bihar Staff Selection Commission to pass a reasoned and speaking order on the representation of the petitioner within 90 days.

6. Appearance of Secretary, Bihar Staff Selection Commission through virtual mode is hereby exonerated.

7. Since the general elections of Lok Sabha, 2024 has
