Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 of the Indian Penal Code and 63 of Copy Right Act.

Allegation is that duplicate ink bottle of the Company of informant was found in the business premise of the petitioner.

Submission is that the allegation is yet to be established. Only on suspicion of duplication, the FIR has been lodged.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23703 of 2018 (2) dt.25-04-2018 bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Kadamkuan Police Station Case No.123 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
