The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Dariyapur P.S. Case No. 212 of 2017, registered under Sections 304B, 34, 201, 364, 365 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that informant, Nandu Kumar Singh, performed the marriage of his daughter, Sindhu Devi, with Ran Vijay Singh, resident of village Saraiya, P.S. Dariyapur, district Saran at Chapra, in the year 2011 while the daughter was being tortured for demand of Rs.1,00,000/- and motorcycle, blessed with two male children, one aged about 5 years and other aged about 11⁄2 years. On 17.08.2017 information was received on the mobile of his villager about killing of his daughter, then, he reached sasural house of his

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in course of investigation the police came to know that on mobile number 7563935572 belonging to the victim, Sindhu Devi, the daughter of the informant, call was being made from mobile no. 9117622089. On investigation the said mobile was found in the name of Kiran Devi, wife of Vijendra Singh, resident of village Doilla, P.S. Isuapur, district Saran, then, the statement of Kiran Devi was recorded by the police, who disclosed that she had handed over the said sim to her sister, Rubi Devi, and Rubi Devi, as detailed in paragraph 19 of the case diary, disclosed that in course of visit to her maternal uncle, she had handed over the said sim to Goldi Singh @ Rajiv Singh, who enticed away Sindhu Devi, daughter of the informant, with the help of the petitioner.

Except that nothing has been collected by the investigating officer during the course of investigation. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of surrender/arrest, within a period of four weeks from today, in connection with Dariyapur P.S. Case No.
