2. The petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with Konch P.S. Case No.336 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 191(2), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 109 and 352 of the BNSS, 2023.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the informant along with his family members was having dinner at his house. At that time the petitioner along with four others arrived. They were being armed with lathi, danda, entered inside the house of the informant and started abusing. When the informant came out of his house, all the accused persons started assaulting him due to which he received head injury. It is further alleged that when the family members came to rescue him, they were being assaulted by the accused persons.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the nature of allegation is general and omnibus. In this occurrence, three persons have received injuries and only one injury of Suryadeo Yadav is of grievous in nature, which is on shoulder. Petitioner is in custody since 12.08.2024. He is having criminal antecedent of three cases and all the cases are filed by the informant against this petitioner.

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Gaya in connection with Konch P.S. Case No.336 of 2024.
