By way of the present application, the petitioner has sought for pre-arrest bail in connection with Complaint Case No.3084 (C) of 2018 in which cognizance has been taken for the offences punishable under Sections 498A read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Considering the nature of the offence, the accusation made against the petitioner, the defence taken by him and the attending facts and circumstances of the case, the
