1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this is an application for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus, order or orders, direction or directions, commanding the respondents no.1 to 5 to hold enquiry in context of using material in preparation of Chhath Ghat, situated at Gram Panchayat, Raj Tinkoni, as respondents no. 6 to 7, in collusion with contractor have used duplicate material in preparation of Chhath Ghat, which has been ruined in a very short span of time and further appropriate direction may be issued to the said

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondents for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
