In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with G.R. Case No. 18 of 2018 arising out of Biraul P.S. Case No. 122 of 2018 registered for offences under sections 376, 313, 341, 323, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the POCSO Act.

The petitioner has criminal antecedent of similar nature of offence mentioned in paragraph no.3 of the present petition.

From the F.I.R., it appears that the present petitioner entered into sexual relationship with the daughter of the Informant, namely, Khushbu Kumari for more than six months and, on that account, she became pregnant, whereafter, a

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62 of 2020(6) dt.12-10-2020 2/2 Panchayati was organized but, the petitioner did not appear there.

Looking to the nature of offence as also considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner, above named, is rejected.
