JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 12-01-2024 At the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that due to typographical error, in the cause title of the order dated 18.10.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 67070 of 2023, it has wrongly been typed as 'wife of Sanjay Singh' in place of 'daughter of Baliraj Singh' against petitioner no. 5. Likewise, it has wrongly been typed as 'wife of Baliraj

2. The order dated 18.10.2023 is modified to the extent that it shall be read as 'daughter of Baliraj Singh' in place of 'wife of Sanjay Singh' against petitioner no. 5. Likewise, it shall be read as 'daughter of Baliraj Singh' in place of 'wife of Baliraj Singh' against petitioner no. 6.
