2. The petitioner, who is in custody since 01.04.2022, seeks regular bail in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 168 of 2022 registered for the offence under Section 363 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on Sections 364, 302, 201, 120/34 were added.

3. The petitioner and others are accused in a case of murder.

4. The murder weapon has been recovered from the petitioner's house. In the trial all the witnesses have been examined.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86860 of 2024(6) dt.02-07-2025 2/2 I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected.
