2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 25.06.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No.38843 of 2025, the petitioner has been directed to release on provisional anticipatory bail subject to condition that he shall deposit Rs.2 lac before the D.D.C., Motihari, East Champaran within 4 weeks.

3. Counsel further submits that for arrangement of the said money, he took more time and the said order had been complied on 03.12.2025.

4. The petitioner has presented a slip before this Court

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83245 of 2025(2) dt.05-12-2025 2/2 that the said money has been deposited. As such, photocopy of the same is hereby accepted.

5. Vide order dated 25.06.2025, it transpires to this Court that a categorical direction was given to the D.D.C., Motihari to verify whether the petitioner had deposited the said money in the Government's Coffer or not.

6. At this juncture, it is not possible for this Court to verify the same. It is due to this reason, this Court hereby directs the Trial Court to verify the same from the D.D.C., Motihari, East Champaran and on being satisfied that the said amount has been deposited, his provisional bail shall be confirmed.

6. The order dated 25.06.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No.38843 of 2025 is hereby modified and the time which has been given, shall be counted from today.

7. With the aforesaid liberty, the present modification application stands disposed of.
