Case No. 189 of 2019, dated 21.08.2019, instituted for the offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Mr. N.K. Agrawal, learned Senior Advocate for the petitioner, after some arguments, seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to enable the petitioner to surrender before the Court below and seek bail.
