Though, there happens to be registration of the case under sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 379, 504/34 I.P.C. but from Annexure 2 it is evident that the injured Upendra Paswan has sustained single injury caused by hard blunt substance being simple in nature having dimension 2"x1cm.x scalp deep and further, from the order impugned, it is evident that major portion of the case has not been substantiated and the case has been compromised amongst the parties.

So, the petitioners, abovenamed, are directed to surrender before the learned lower court with a prayer for bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75366 of 2019(2) dt.26-11-2019 2/2 which the learned lower court will consider in the background of disclosure having so made hereinabove.
