The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Tarari P.S. Case No.84 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. It has come during investigation that the deceased has committed suicide over a trivial dispute. The petitioner is in custody since 14.05.2023 and he has clean antecedent. 4.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara, in
