1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 329(3), 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109(1), 352 and 3(5) of the BNS.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that on the eve of his daughter's marriage on 09.05.2025, the accused persons including the petitioners came and brutally assaulted Monu and Manish, thereafter, the police was informed and the marriage was performed in presence of the police.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is further submitted that from perusal of the allegation

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79816 of 2025(2) dt.08-12-2025 2/2 as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that the allegation of assault is general and omnibus in nature. It is next submitted that the date of occurrence is 09.05.2025 and the FIR came to be instituted on 13.05.2025 i.e. after a delay of four days of the occurrence without any plausible explanation. It is also submitted that had any occurrence of the nature as alleged taken place on 09.05.2025 in that event the police would have instituted an FIR as it is alleged in the FIR that the marriage took place in presence of the police. It is further submitted that petitioners are not the criminals.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, let the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Manigachi P.S. Case No. 68 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS. (Satyavrat Verma, J) Kundan/- U T
