JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-04-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Araria (Bairgachhi) P.S.Case No. 746 of 2017 registered under Sections 380, 411 and 457 of the Indian penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that theft was committed in the house of the informant and laptop, mobile and some cash were taken away.

Submission is that petitioner's name transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused Masudullah @ Jumrati; however, laptop was purchased by the petitioner from the brother of the informant and only after lodging of the present case, subsequent case was instituted against him. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely , Quamar Reza @ Kamar Reja @ Jugnu,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
