2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) and 511 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is alleged that this petitioner tried to obtain contract by submitting forged experienced certificate.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that without any notice, the documents of the petitioner have been declared to be forged and fabricated. Moreover, no work was allotted to him and also there is no material which indicates that petitioner caused any loss to the government. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the Informant opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in connection with Hawai Adda P.S. Case No. 104 of 2023 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
