====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-10-2021 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, learned counsel appearing on behalf of O.P. No.2 and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 471C of 2018, for the offence under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M, Araria.

The allegation of complainant is of harassment and ill-treatment made by her husband and other in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry and, ultimately, they ousted her from matrimonial home.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73881 of 2019(5) dt.22-10-2021 2/2 petitioner and O.P. No.2 inform this Court that the dispute between the parties have been resolved through the process of mediation and the petitioner and O.P. No.2 entered into an agreement and are living together.

This Court has also been informed vide letter No. 1049, dated 12.10.2020 sent by the Secretary, D.L.S.A, Araria along with the Mediator's report and from the perusal of the said report also it appears that the petitioner and O.P. No.2 decided to lead their conjugal life.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M, Araria in connection with Complaint Case No. 471C of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C (Purnendu Singh, J) manish/- U T
