Learned counsel for the petitioner sought review of the order dated 14.11.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No.8083 of 2014 on the ground that the petitioner was not party in the aforesaid writ petition.

Patna High Court C. REV. No.98 of 2018 (3) dt.11-07-2018 2/2 14.11.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No.8083 of 2014. The petitioner of the writ petition challenged her termination on the ground that for one day absence, she was terminated from the post of Anganwari Sevika and accordingly, her termination was set aside. Subsequent to the termination of the petitioner of the writ petition, the petitioner of this Civil Review petition was appointed on the post of Anganwari Sevika. The appointment of the petitioner was conditional. Therefore, I do not find any reason to review the order dated 14.11.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No.8083/2014.
