2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has filed two Interlocutory applications i.e. I.A. No.3989 of 2018 and I.A. No.3990 of 2018.
3. This petitioner is hereby directed to challenge the order passed by the District Programme Officer, Gopalganj before the District Magistrate, Gopalganj. The petitioner shall be at liberty to raise the prayers made in I.A. No.3989 of 2018
Patna High Court CWJC No.8546 of 2018(3) dt.14-05-2024 2/2 and I.A. No.3990 of 2018 before the Appellate Authority within 30 days from today.
4. It is made clear that if, there is any delay in filing the application before the District Magistrate, Gopalganj, it is directed to be condoned.
5. Accordingly, this writ petition is hereby disposed off.
