2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kharik P.S.Case No. 153 of 2022 for the offence registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341,342 323, 307, 436, 186, 188, 332, 333, 338, 353, 427, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, all the FIR named accused persons along with 100- 150 unknown miscreants including the petitioner were doing protest against scheme of Agniveer and during protest they also damaged public property.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case on the basis of suspicion. He is not FIR named accused and there is no specific overt act attributed against the petitioner. Similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted bail vide order dated 23.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24931 of 2023 and the case of the petitioner is on better footing. The petitioner is a young boy and he has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 09.10.2023.
5. Learned APP for the State Opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs, 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate1st Naugachia, Bhagalpur in connection with Kharik P.S.Case No. 153 of 2022.
