The petitioners are in custody since 07.10.2017 in connection with Mojahidpur (Babarganj) P.S. case no. 290 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 384, 386, 387, 461, 379, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in custody since 07.10.2017.

Considering the aforesaid, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Mojahidpur (Babarganj) P.S. case no. 290 of 2017 with the condition that the bailors should be the
