The petitioner has moved the Court against the order dated 08.12.2017 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Kaimur at Bhabua in Matrimonial Case No. 38 of 2012, by which Rs. 5,000/- per month maintenance has been awarded in favour of the opposite party no. 1, who is the wife of the petitioner and Rs. 2,000/- in favour of the opposite party no. 2, who is the minor son of the petitioner.

3. Having gone through the materials on record and the order impugned, the Court does not find any ground to interfere in the same.
