Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 346,370A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 5,6 and 8 of Immoral Traffic Act. Allegation of commission of rape or involvement in immoral trafficking is against other named accused person. Petitioner is not named in the FIR. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 28.08.2019. Investigation of the case is already complete. There is no allegation of tampering with the evidence against the petitioner.

Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty

No.78300 of 2019(3) dt.09-12-2019 2/2 Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Araria (Mahila) Police Station Case No.40 of 2013, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
