2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Jogsar P.S. Case No. 58 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 421, 423, 467, 468, 469, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per complaint filed by the complainant Shyam Nandan Choudhary, the original document of the land, belonging to Basudeo Pd. Singh was replaced with a forged document in the registry office. During investigation, it came to light that the original document had indeed gone missing and a fake document was created with different names. It is further alleged that the employees of the record room (Registry Office), computer operation, MTS weeper, binder, and an unknown person were found involved in the said forgery.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that they are innocent and have falsely been implicated. He has submitted further that co-accused Sanjay Kumar, who was an employee of the registry office, has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 23.10.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 69095 of 2024. He has also submitted that so far as petitioner Kishore Kumar Sinha is concerned, he is a photo copyist and his duty is only to make photocopies of the documents that are produced before him. So far as petitioner Bisundeo Ram is concerned, he is a Book Binder and has no involvement in the alleged forgery.
5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances especially the fact that co-accused has been

No.87519 of 2024(2) dt.17-01-2025 3/3 granted anticipatory bail, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Jogsar P.S. Case No. 58 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
