2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per prosecution case, 8.5 litres country made liquor has been recovered from motorcycle and total 308.5 litres illicit liquor has been recovered from the spot. Petitioner is registered owner of the motorcycle in question.

4. Considering the nature of accusation, huge quantity of recovery and the fact that petitioner is registered owner of the vehicle in question, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to
