JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 18-05-2018 This case has come at the instance of the petitioner. It is stated that in the order dated 11.05.2018 that father's name of petitioner no. 2 has been wrongly typed as 'Dinakar Jha' instead of 'Pinakar Jha' in the cause title. It is further stated that in the last but one paragraph at page-2 of the order 'four months' time was granted to the petitioners to surrender in the court below along with Bank Guarantee but inadvertently 'four weeks' has been typed.

Heard learned APP also.

The order dated 11.05.2018 is modified to the extent that name of father of petitioner no.2 shall be read as 'Pinakar Jha' in place of 'Dinakar Jha' and the period of surrender and deposit

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24134 of 2018 (5) dt.18-05-2018 2/2 of Bank Guarantee be read as 'four months' in place of 'four weeks'.

The other part of the order dated 11.05.2018 shall remain the same.
