2. On 18.07.2019, on the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, on personal ground, the matter was adjourned. On 09.08.2019, nobody had appeared on behalf of the petitioner and still the Court by way of extraordinary and last indulgence had adjourned the matter. On 22.08.2019, again, on the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter was adjourned. On 29.08.2019, after some arguments, on the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter was adjourned. On 13.09.2019, on the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter was further adjourned. Thereafter, on 26.09.2019, on the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter was adjourned.

3. In the aforesaid background, today, again, prayer being made for adjournment, is totally unreasonable and accordingly, rejected.

4. The Court asked learned counsel appearing as to whether he was prepared to assist the Court. The answer is in the negative.

5. In view thereof, the Court has no option but to dismiss the application. Accordingly, the same is dismissed for non-prosecution.

6. Learned APP for the State is present.
