Petitioner seeks bail in Kalyanpur P.S. Case No.209 of 2019 registered under Sections 392 and 34 of the IPC. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was arrested and he is said to have confessed his guilt. Save and except the confession of the petitioner, there is no tangible material to show that the petitioner was indulged in the crime of robbery. No looted article was recovered from possession of the petitioner. The petitioner was neither named in the F.I.R. not the petitioner was put on T.I.P. to ascertain the participation of the petitioner in the crime of robbery. The petitioner is in jail since 09.08.2019 and he has got no criminal antecedent.

Case No.209 of 2019.
