The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Rivilganj P.S. Case No. 123 of 2019 for offences under Sections 341, 323,324 and 354/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he caught hold the informant and tried to outrage her modesty. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on
