2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, accused persons came at the door of the informant and assaulted her mother in law with fist-slaps and bricks.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a female and there is omnibus allegation of assault against the petitioner and others. He further submits that coaccused Sukhlal Ray and Kishori Rai has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this court vide Cr. Misc. No. 16982 of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83914 of 2023(2) dt.10-01-2024 2/2 2022 dated 22.08.2022. Petitioner is in jail since 11.09.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Gopalganj/concerned Court below in connection with Baikunthpur P.S.
