JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-07-2022 The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondent authorities to grant pension to the petitioner under the J.P.Senani Samman Scheme, 2009 in lieu of her husband, late Bechu Paswan, having participated in the J.P. Aandolan in between the years 1974 to 1975.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the concerned authorities for grant of the aforesaid pension. Liberty, so sought, is

It is needless to state that in case, appropriate representation is made before the appropriate authority within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be decided within a period of twelve weeks, thereafter.
