JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-02-2020 The present writ petition has been filed for direction to the concerned respondents to pay the outstanding dues of the petitioner to the tune of Rs. 5,57,967/- along with penal interest in lieu of discharge of work by the petitioner under different orders of the respondents and the same is due since 2012 and for which the petitioner has submitted bills.

Patna High Court CWJC No.25754 of 2019(2) dt.13-02-2020 2/2 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be approaching the respondent no. 2 i.e. the Collector-cum-District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur for redressal of the aforesaid grievances.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 2 by filing appropriate representation within a period of two weeks from today, whereupon the respondent no. 2 shall pass a reasoned and speaking order within a period of eight weeks thereafter and in case any admissible dues are found payable, the same shall be paid within a period of further four weeks thereupon. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
